Shipping:

Pre-made Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.   Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  Items returned due to an incorrect address will not be refunded and the customer will have to re-pay shipping costs to have it re-sent.

Custom orders will be considered and shipping will depend on time to create.Typically, these will ship within 2 to 3 weeks of order being accepted.

Items may become misshapen during shipping, you can gentle squish the item back into shape after removing from packaging.

Cancellations:

Pre-made Order Cancellations will be accepted if the item has not been shipped.

Made To Order/Custom Order Cancellations will be accepted if the item creation has not been started.

Returns:

I do not accept any Returns or Exchanges.  I have tried to describe and photograph each item to the best of my ability. Coloring may be off due to computer and/or phone screen color settings.   

Care:

Items can be hand washed or spot cleaned with mild soap and water.  Most of these items are made with acrylic or polyester yarn and filled with Poly-fill.

Safety: 

Inspect and check your product carefully. Adult supervision is required at all times. Any amigurumi/plushie that has safety eyes can be a choking hazard. Any product with safety eyes are therefore NOT recommended as a toy for pets or children under three. Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the product is used in a safe manner.
